The stable behavior of machines responsible for stirring and dispersing operations to maintain a constant state within the tank during the mixing of gases, liquids, and powders directly affects the reaction conditions and yield. Wear at the fitting caused by driving the blades attached to the end of the stirring shaft, or instability in the rotation of horizontally oriented dispersers, which are often cantilevered, can result in failure to achieve the desired properties or yield. Additionally, issues with the sealing unit can lead to the outflow of processed materials from the tank or the inflow of impurities from outside the tank, as well as rotation problems due to malfunctions in the reduction gear. Based on the usage conditions of the machinery, appropriate inspections and maintenance, considering the intended use, are conducted, including the mechanical seal unit and the accompanying reduction gear.
